This puppy is to the best of the
breeder's knowledge, a healthy puppy when sold to the new owner. The new
owner has one week to have their own vet give the puppy a health
examination. The new owner may return the puppy if not satisfied with the
results for a full refund. A written statement from the examining vet must
accompany the puppy and claim for refund must be verified by the breeder's
vet.
Necessary shots and wormings are up to
date, and the new owner will be expected to finish the puppy series,
according to veterinary recommendations. If due to hereditary reasons the
puppy should become incapable of functioning as a companion animal, the
breeder will replace it from the first available litter at no replacement
fee. This agreement is valid for two years from the date of the contract.
Purchaser guarantees breeder the right of first refusal it the dog is to
be sold or given away. If the breeder does not wish to acquire the dog,
breeder will assist the purchaser in placing the dog. Purchaser agrees to
inform the breeder as early as possible in the event that the purchaser
has lost the means to care for this animal. Breeder will take the dog back
and find a proper home for it.
All puppies purchased on a non-breeding contract are to be spayed or
neutered at 6-9 months of age and certified proof from the vet MUST be
sent to the breeder. If pet puppy purchased on a non breeding contract is
bred at any time in its lifetime the purchaser will be responsible for
reasonable attorney's fees if action is taken by the breeder. In addition,
a monetary penalty of $10,000.00 will be assessed to the purchaser.
If a problem arises concerning unsound temperament, the puppy is to be
returned to the breeder and at the breeders discretion will be replaced
with one of equal quality or a partial refund.
All dogs are sold and delivered in an "as is" condition and therefore the
seller will not be liable for any or all expenses incurred for any reason
following the sale, unless specifically and expressly accepted by written
agreement.
